REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Anglo Tech Services Limited (“Anglo Tech”) is committed to ensuring that all transactions processed through our platform are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements. The following outlines our refund and return policy:

1. Refunds

  • Refunds may be initiated if a transaction cannot be completed due to errors, service issues, or regulatory requirements.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days from the date of initiation.
  • In some cases, Anglo Tech may undergo mandatory due diligence checks. Once cleared, the funds will be automatically credited back to your account used for the original transaction.
  • Refunds are processed following usual Money Services Business (MSB) practices, ensuring compliance with UK financial regulations.

 

2. Returns / Cancellations

  • Once a transaction has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be reversed if the funds have already been sent to the payout partner or beneficiary.
  • If the transaction is still pending, customers may request a cancellation via Anglo Tech’s customer support within 24 hours of the processed transaction. Cancellations will be subject to verification and processing timelines.
 

3. Exceptions

  • Certain transactions may be non-refundable due to regulatory restrictions, third-party service limitations, or legal requirements.
  • Anglo Tech reserves the right to delay or withhold refunds if required for compliance with FCA rules, MSB obligations, or UK anti-fraud regulations.
