Terms & Conditions

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of 2021 and was most recently updated in September 2025. It governs your use of the services provided by Anglo Tech Services Ltd. (collectively referred to as the “Service”). 

Anglo Tech Services Limited (“Anglo Tech”) operates as a UK-registered payment service provider and is registered with the FCA, having company number 12061940, registered office address Unit F 23, Marlowe Innovation Centre, Marlowe Way, Ramsgate CT12 6FA.  For transactions involving payments to beneficiaries in India, Anglo Tech has partnered with Sadhu Sumitra Health Care Pvt Ltd, registered office address OFFICE NO.2, BUILDING NO.944, CHIN MASTIKA COMPLEX, KHADIAN STREET, NEAR NARINDER CINEMA, BUS STAND, Nakodar, Jalandhar, Punjab, PIN Code: 144001, as its authorised payout partner to facilitate and disburse funds to Indian beneficiaries in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

The terms “Anglo Tech,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Anglo Tech, its employees, officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assignees. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any individual or entity that uses the Service, whether acting as a Sender, Recipient, or in any other capacity.

This Agreement, including any future modifications or updates, governs the legal relationship between you and Anglo Tech and outlines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities that both you and Anglo Tech are bound by in connection with the use of the Service. All the clauses mentioned in this agreement shall survive the termination.

 

1- THE SERVICE 

The Service allows users to send international money transfers from the United Kingdom, served  by Anglo Tech. A “Sender” uses the Service to send money and a “Recipient” receives money through the Service. A “Transaction” refers to a command to send money through the Service via Anglo Tech. The “Transaction Amount” is the amount in GBP that the Sender provides to Anglo Tech for transmittal to the Recipient. The “Payout Amount” is the amount paid out to the Indian beneficiary (Recipient).. The “Payout Partner” refers to Sadhu Sumitra Health Care Pvt Ltd. 

 

2- ELIGIBILITY FOR THE SERVICE 

2.1. Age and Capacity 

To be eligible to use the Service as a Sender, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. This is because the Service involves financial transactions, and under most legal frameworks, individuals under eighteen are not considered to have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Additionally, by using the Service, you acknowledge that you have the ability to understand and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Service is intended for individual, personal use only. This means that the Service should not be used for commercial or business-related purposes. If you represent a business or organization, you are not authorized to use the Service in that capacity, and you must ensure that your transactions are purely for personal use.

2.2.Others 

This section clarifies that you are not permitted to act as an intermediary or on behalf of another person or entity when conducting Transactions. This means you cannot send or receive money for someone else, nor can you send money on behalf of a company, charity, or any other third party. All Transactions must be made by you, the individual user, for your own personal use. If Anglo Tech detects any attempt to submit or receive money on behalf of another person or entity, they may reject the Transaction or suspend your access to the Service. This ensures that the Service is not misused or exploited for unauthorized purposes.

2.3.Offer and Acceptance 

When you initiate a Transaction by submitting a request to transfer money, you are essentially making an offer to Anglo Tech to carry out that transaction. However, simply submitting a Transaction does not guarantee that Anglo Tech will process or approve the transaction. Anglo Tech has the right to accept or reject your offer at its sole discretion. There could be several reasons why Anglo Tech might reject a Transaction, such as potential issues with the source of funds, non-compliance with legal requirements, or other internal risk management protocols. Anglo Tech is not obligated to provide any reasons for rejecting a Transaction, and the decision is final.

By including this clause, Anglo Tech ensures that it maintains control over the transactions processed through its system and can prevent fraud or suspicious activity from occurring.

 

3- PAYING FOR THE SERVICE 

3.1.Charges 

Anglo Tech does not apply any charges for the Transactions done by its users. It lets you send money to the desired account from the United Kingdom, depending upon the current exchange rates applicable at that time. 

3.2.Payment 

In order for us to process your Transaction you authorize us to charge your wallet for the amount requested. If your payment fails you authorize us to re-try one or more times in the similar way. 

3.3.Other Charges 

We are not responsible for fees that may be imposed by financial institutions associated with your Payment Instruments. For example, some Mastercard issuers may treat the utilization of your Mastercard to the Service as a “cash advance” and should impose additional fees and interest costs for the Transaction. Anglo Tech is not responsible for any fees, chargeback fees, or other, similar charges that might be imposed on you by your bank, credit card issuer, or other provider. 

3.4 Payment Activity Information

Under these terms and conditions, our retail individual customers deposit funds into our customer collection bank account via the available payment methods. After adding funds, customers add the details of their beneficiaries (friends or family members) and then initiate a transfer to send money to them. We then fulfill the responsibility of facilitating the payment to their beneficiaries, fulfilling our obligation to complete the transaction securely and efficiently.

 

4- CANCELLING A TRANSACTION

4.1. Cancellation 

Once a Transaction has been initiated and is in process, it cannot be canceled. However, suppose you wish to revoke or cancel the authorization for future payments. In that case, you may do so by contacting Anglo Tech’s customer service team via email or by requesting to close your Anglo Tech account. Upon closure of your account, the authorization for future debits will be terminated, and no further amounts will be debited from your payment methods. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding cancellation or account closure, Anglo Tech’s customer service is available to guide you through the process.

 

5- RECEIVING A REMITTANCE 

5.1.Service Providers 

To ensure the successful and timely disbursement of funds, Anglo Tech collaborates with a network of local banks and third-party financial service providers (collectively referred to as “Service Providers”), including its authorized payout partner, Sadhu Sumitra Health Care Pvt Ltd, for transactions to beneficiaries in India. These Service Providers are responsible for making the funds available to the Recipient at the designated location, based on the terms set forth by Anglo Tech. By using the Service, as a Sender, you appoint the Recipient as your authorised agent solely for the purpose of receiving the funds transmitted via the Service. This means that the Recipient is acting on your behalf to receive the funds, and their receipt of the funds constitutes your fulfillment of the transaction.

5.2.Verification 

To maintain the integrity and security of all transactions, Anglo Tech may perform verification checks on the details entered for the Recipient during the money transfer process. These checks help ensure that the Recipient’s information is accurate and complies with regulatory requirements. If the verification is unsuccessful, Anglo Tech reserves the right to halt the transaction. In such cases, the Recipient may be required to provide additional information, such as a reference number or a unique identifier, to confirm the transaction. This ensures that only the correct Recipient receives the funds and helps prevent fraud or errors in the remittance process.

 

6- SERVICE RESTRICTIONS 

6.1. General 

Anglo Tech reserves the right to refuse any Transaction or impose limits on the amount to be transferred, whether on a per-transaction basis or on an aggregate basis across multiple transactions. These limits may apply to individual user accounts or to linked accounts. Additionally, Anglo Tech retains the discretion to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. Such actions may be taken at Anglo Tech’s sole discretion based on operational, legal, or security considerations. 

6.2. Delays 

Transactions may be delayed due to efforts to verify your identity or validate your payment method, or if there are issues with the receipt of funds at the Recipient’s end. Additionally, delays may occur if a Transaction is found to contravene local laws in the Recipient’s jurisdiction or presents a financial risk to Anglo Tech. Anglo Tech is committed to ensuring the security and compliance of all Transactions, and such delays may be necessary to protect both the Sender and Anglo Tech from potentially fraudulent or illegal activities 

6.3. Unauthorized Transactions 

You agree to use the Service only in accordance with this User Agreement and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. It is a violation of the User Agreement to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to the following: the transmission of sexually explicit materials or services, gambling-related activities, fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, or the acquisition or sale of controlled substances such as tobacco or prescription drugs. Additionally, using the Service to send money to a Recipient who has violated this User Agreement is prohibited. In the event of illegal activity, Anglo Tech will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and may report such violations to the appropriate regulatory bodies. We recommend using the Service solely to send money to trusted individuals, such as friends and family, and discourage sending money to strangers.

6.4. No Changes 

Once a Transaction has been submitted for processing, Anglo Tech generally does not allow any changes to be made to the details of the Transaction. It is the Sender’s responsibility to ensure that all Transaction details, including payment method and Recipient information, are accurate before submission. Anglo Tech is not liable for any errors in the Transaction caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Sender.

 

7- PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION 

In compliance with applicable foreign laws and regulatory requirements, Anglo Tech is obligated to collect, verify, and record certain personal information from you. As part of this process, you may be required to provide nonpublic, personal, and identifying information. By using the Service, you expressly authorize Anglo Tech to verify the information you provide, which may include obtaining data from third-party credit reporting agencies, including foreign credit bureaus.

Additionally, Anglo Tech may be required to disclose information about you and your Transactions to government authorities and law enforcement agencies in the event of special circumstances or as required by applicable law. Such disclosures may occur to comply with legal obligations or regulatory requests.

By agreeing to this User Agreement, you consent to Anglo Tech making inquiries, either to you or to relevant third parties, as necessary to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the information you provide. You acknowledge and accept that Anglo Tech may take appropriate actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing financial transactions and user identification.

 

8- ERROR RESOLUTION AND REFUNDS 

8.1. Error Resolution 

If you encounter any issues or discrepancies with the Service, we encourage you to contact us immediately for assistance. You can reach us using the contact information provided at the bottom of our website. We are committed to addressing and resolving any problems you may experience as promptly as possible.

8.2. Refunds 

You have the right to cancel your Transaction at any point prior to its completion. For the purposes of this Agreement, “completion” is defined as the moment the funds have been successfully transferred and credited to the Recipient’s bank account. If you wish to request a refund before completion, please contact us for further assistance.

 

9- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 

This clause serves to inform you that Anglo Tech retains full ownership of its intellectual property, which encompasses a broad range of proprietary assets. Intellectual property (IP) refers to legal rights that protect creations of the mind, such as inventions, designs, trademarks, and copyrights. In this case, Anglo Tech owns the following:

  • Content of the Website: This includes all textual information, images, videos, and other media that appear on Anglo Tech’s website. This content is considered the intellectual property of Anglo Tech.
  • Graphics, Logos, and Images: Any visual designs, logos, and images created for or used by Anglo Tech are also part of its intellectual property portfolio. This includes the brand’s logo, visual representations, and design elements.
  • Trademarks and Trade Names: These refer to the names, symbols, and brand identifiers such as “Anglo Tech” itself, along with any other trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in connection with its products or services.
  • Product and Service Names: These include names of specific products, services, or offerings by Anglo Tech that are protected under trademark law.

The clause further emphasizes that you, as a user of the Service, must refrain from using Anglo Tech’s intellectual property in any way that could infringe on its ownership rights. This means:

  • No Displaying: You are prohibited from showing Anglo Tech’s intellectual property (e.g., logos, content) in public or in any materials without authorization.
  • No Copying: You cannot duplicate any part of the website or related materials that are protected under copyright law.
  • No Modifications: You are not allowed to alter, adapt, or modify Anglo Tech’s intellectual property, whether for personal or commercial purposes.
  • No Unauthorized Use: Essentially, without Anglo Tech’s explicit consent, you cannot use its intellectual property for any purpose.

This clause is important as it protects the integrity of Anglo Tech’s brand, products, and services. It ensures that the company maintains exclusive rights to its creations and prevents unauthorized exploitation or infringement of its intellectual property by users, competitors, or other third parties.

 

10- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES 

Anglo Tech provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Transactions are processed in a timely manner; however, we do not guarantee or warrant that:

(a) The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
(b) The results obtained from using the service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations;
(c) Any defects or errors in the service will be corrected;
(d) The service will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components;
(e) Transactions will always be completed within a specific timeframe, as processing times depend on various factors outside our control, including but not limited to intermediary banks, financial institutions, regulatory requirements, and network or technical failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data.

Your use of the service is at your own risk, and you acknowledge that Anglo Tech is not liable for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions, transaction delays, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and survives the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

 

11- INDEMNITY 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anglo Tech, its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and their respective subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) Your use of the services provided by Anglo Tech;
(b) Your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
(c) Any fraudulent, negligent, or intentional misconduct by you or any person acting on your behalf;
(d) Any unauthorized access to or use of your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
(e) Any disputes between you and a third party, including but not limited to transaction disputes or chargebacks.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of Anglo Tech’s services.

 

12- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anglo Tech, its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from or related to:

(a) Any delays, interruptions, service failures, or other issues resulting from the use of the Internet, electronic communications, telecommunications networks, or other systems outside the reasonable control of Anglo Tech;
(b) Any unauthorized access to or use of your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
(c) Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content or service provided by Anglo Tech;
(d) Any transaction disputes, chargebacks, or failures caused by third-party financial institutions, banks, payment processors, or service providers;
(e) Any technical malfunctions, software bugs, or other disruptions that prevent the proper operation of Anglo Tech’s services;
(f) Any acts of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyber-attacks, terrorism, government actions, or unforeseen regulatory changes.

In any event, Anglo Tech’s total liability for any claims arising from your use of its services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Anglo Tech in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which any claim is brought and will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

 

13- DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW 

13.1 Disputes with Anglo Tech


If a dispute arises between you and Anglo Tech, our goal is to understand and address your concerns fairly and efficiently. You agree to contact our customer support team first to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, we will seek to provide a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute as quickly as possible.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to its validity, existence, enforceability, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination (including tort claims), shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties and administered in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in London, United Kingdom, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal costs and expenses, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

13.3 Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13.4 Exception to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters related to intellectual property rights, unauthorized access to or use of the services, or other claims where interim relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

This Dispute Resolution and Governing Law clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

 

14- COMMUNICATIONS 

By using Anglo Tech’s services, you acknowledge and consent that this User Agreement shall be entered into electronically, and all communications between you and Anglo Tech may be conducted in electronic form.

14.1 Consent to Electronic Communications


You agree that Anglo Tech may provide notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications related to your use of the services electronically. These communications may be delivered via

(a) Email to the address you have provided;
(b) Notifications by the Anglo Tech platform;
(c) SMS/text messages or phone calls (including auto dialed or prerecorded message calls) to the phone number(s) you have provided;
(d) Other electronic means as permitted by applicable law.

14.2 Hardware and Software Requirements


To access and retain these electronic communications, you must have:

(a) A computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device capable of accessing the Internet;
(b) An up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox);
(c) A valid email account and sufficient storage to retain communications;
(d) Software capable of opening PDF files if necessary;
(e) An operating system that supports receiving electronic communications.

14.3 Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting Anglo Tech’s customer support. However, withdrawing consent may result in the restriction or termination of your access to Anglo Tech’s services, as electronic communication is essential for service delivery.

14.4 Accuracy of Contact Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide to Anglo Tech is accurate and up to date. If your email address or phone number changes, you must update your account settings or notify us promptly. Anglo Tech is not responsible for any issues resulting from your failure to maintain accurate contact details.

This Communications clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

 

15- MISCELLANEOUS 

15.1 Entire Agreement

This User Agreement, along with any additional terms and policies incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Anglo Tech regarding your use of the

services. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter herein.

15.2 No Waiver

The failure of Anglo Tech to exercise or enforce any right, remedy, or provision of this User Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of rights or provisions must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Anglo Tech. A waiver of any default or breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default or breach.

15.3 Modification
Anglo Tech reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this User Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, except as required by law. Changes to the Agreement will become effective upon their posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review the most current version of this User Agreement regularly to stay informed of any updates.

15.4 Severability
If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely aligns with the intent of the original provision.

15.5 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this User Agreement without prior written consent from Anglo Tech. Anglo Tech may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement without restriction.

15.6 Force Majeure
Anglo Tech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, labor disputes, government actions, or disruptions in telecommunications, power, or internet services.

15.7 Survival
Any provisions of this User Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to Indemnity, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Dispute Resolution.

This Miscellaneous clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

 

16- SECURITY 

Your security is of the utmost importance to Anglo Tech. We implement a variety of industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to:

(a) Encryption – We use strong encryption protocols to secure data transmission and storage.
(b) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – We may require additional authentication steps to verify your identity.
(c) Fraud Monitoring – We actively monitor transactions for signs of fraud and suspicious activity.
(d) Secure Access Controls – Access to your account is protected by robust authentication mechanisms.
(e) Regular Security Audits – Our systems undergo periodic security assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

While Anglo Tech takes all reasonable steps to safeguard your information, security is also a shared responsibility. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials, passwords, and authentication details confidential.
  • Not sharing sensitive account information with third parties.
  • Using strong passwords and enabling security features like MFA.
  • Regularly monitor your account for any unauthorized activity and report any suspicious transactions immediately.

We urge you to exercise caution when sending money and to verify the identity of recipients before completing transactions. Anglo Tech is not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers or fraudulent schemes that result from negligence on your part.

If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach related to your Anglo Tech account, please contact our support team immediately.

This Security clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

 

17- LANGUAGE 

This User Agreement and all related documents, notices, and communications provided by Anglo Tech shall be drafted and interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any translation of this Agreement into another language, the English version shall prevail and be considered the authoritative reference.

If you require assistance in understanding any part of this Agreement, you may contact Anglo Tech’s customer support for clarification. However, Anglo Tech is not responsible for any misinterpretations arising from translations or third-party explanations.

This Language clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

 

18. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT

By using the services provided by Anglo Tech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement, including any amendments or updates made from time to time.

You further acknowledge and agree that each time you submit information, access your account, or conduct any transaction in connection with the Service, you are reaffirming your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions. Each such transaction constitutes your express intent and consent to be bound by these terms, regardless of whether you have reviewed them prior to each transaction.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should immediately cease using the Service and notify Anglo Tech.

This Acknowledgement and Agreement clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
