It governs your use of the services provided by Anglo Tech Services Ltd. (collectively referred to as the \u201cService\u201d).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Anglo Tech Services Limited<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">&nbsp;(\u201cAnglo Tech\u201d) operates as a UK-registered payment service provider and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">is registered with the FCA, having company number <\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">12061940<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">, registered office address <\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Unit F 23, Marlowe Innovation Centre, Marlowe Way, Ramsgate CT12 6FA.<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">&nbsp;For transactions involving payments to beneficiaries in India, Anglo Tech has partnered with&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\" data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"326\">Sadhu Sumitra<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"><b>&nbsp;Health Care Pvt Ltd,&nbsp;<\/b><\/span>registered office address OFFICE NO.2, BUILDING NO.944, CHIN MASTIKA COMPLEX, KHADIAN STREET, NEAR NARINDER CINEMA, BUS STAND, Nakodar, Jalandhar, Punjab, PIN Code: 144001, as&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">its authorised payout partner to facilitate and disburse funds to Indian beneficiaries in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The terms \u201cAnglo Tech,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d and \u201cour\u201d refer to Anglo Tech, its employees, officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assignees. The terms \u201cyou\u201d and \u201cyour\u201d refer to any individual or entity that uses the Service, whether acting as a Sender, Recipient, or in any other capacity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Agreement, including any future modifications or updates, governs the legal relationship between you and Anglo Tech and outlines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities that both you and Anglo Tech are bound by in connection with the use of the Service. All the clauses mentioned in this agreement shall survive the termination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>1- THE SERVICE&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service allows users to send international money transfers from the United Kingdom, served \u202fby\u202fAnglo Tech. A \u201cSender\u201d uses the Service to send money and a \u201c<\/span><b>Recipient<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d receives money through the Service. A \u201c<\/span><b>Transaction<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d refers to a command to send money through the Service via Anglo Tech. The \u201c<\/span><b>Transaction Amount<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d is the amount in GBP that the Sender provides to Anglo Tech for transmittal to the Recipient. The &#8220;<\/span><b>Payout Amount<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; is the amount paid out to the Indian beneficiary (Recipient).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The &#8220;<\/span><b>Payout Partner&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> refers to<\/span><b> Sadhu Sumitra&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 1rem;\">Health Care Pvt Ltd<\/span><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">.<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>2- ELIGIBILITY FOR THE SERVICE&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<h2><b>2.1. Age and Capacity&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be eligible to use the Service as a Sender, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. This is because the Service involves financial transactions, and under most legal frameworks, individuals under eighteen are not considered to have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Additionally, by using the Service, you acknowledge that you have the ability to understand and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Service is intended for individual, personal use only. This means that the Service should not be used for commercial or business-related purposes. If you represent a business or organization, you are not authorized to use the Service in that capacity, and you must ensure that your transactions are purely for personal use.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2.2.Others&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This section clarifies that you are not permitted to act as an intermediary or on behalf of another person or entity when conducting Transactions. This means you cannot send or receive money for someone else, nor can you send money on behalf of a company, charity, or any other third party. All Transactions must be made by you, the individual user, for your own personal use. If Anglo Tech detects any attempt to submit or receive money on behalf of another person or entity, they may reject the Transaction or suspend your access to the Service. This ensures that the Service is not misused or exploited for unauthorized purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2.3.Offer and Acceptance&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you initiate a Transaction by submitting a request to transfer money, you are essentially making an offer to Anglo Tech to carry out that transaction. However, simply submitting a Transaction does not guarantee that Anglo Tech will process or approve the transaction. Anglo Tech has the right to accept or reject your offer at its sole discretion. There could be several reasons why Anglo Tech might reject a Transaction, such as potential issues with the source of funds, non-compliance with legal requirements, or other internal risk management protocols. Anglo Tech is not obligated to provide any reasons for rejecting a Transaction, and the decision is final.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By including this clause, Anglo Tech ensures that it maintains control over the transactions processed through its system and can prevent fraud or suspicious activity from occurring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>3- PAYING FOR THE SERVICE&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<h2><b>3.1.Charges&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anglo Tech does not apply any charges for the Transactions done by its users. It lets you send money to the desired account from the United Kingdom, depending upon the current exchange rates applicable at that time.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3.2.Payment&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order for us to process your Transaction you authorize us to charge your wallet for the amount requested. If your payment fails you authorize us to re-try one or more times in the similar way.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3.3.Other Charges&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are not responsible for fees that may be imposed by financial institutions associated with your Payment Instruments. For example, some Mastercard issuers may treat the utilization of your Mastercard to the Service as a \u201ccash advance\u201d and should impose additional fees and interest costs for the Transaction. Anglo Tech is not responsible for any fees, chargeback fees, or other, similar charges that might be imposed on you by your bank, credit card issuer, or other provider.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3.4 Payment Activity Information<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under these terms and conditions, our retail individual customers deposit funds into our customer collection bank account via the available payment methods. After adding funds, customers add the details of their beneficiaries (friends or family members) and then initiate a transfer to send money to them. We then fulfill the responsibility of facilitating the payment to their beneficiaries, fulfilling our obligation to complete the transaction securely and efficiently.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>4- CANCELLING A TRANSACTION<\/b><\/h1>\n<h2><b>4.1. Cancellation&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once a Transaction has been initiated and is in process, it cannot be canceled. However, suppose you wish to revoke or cancel the authorization for future payments. In that case, you may do so by contacting Anglo Tech\u2019s customer service team via email or by requesting to close your Anglo Tech account. Upon closure of your account, the authorization for future debits will be terminated, and no further amounts will be debited from your payment methods. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding cancellation or account closure, Anglo Tech\u2019s customer service is available to guide you through the process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>5- RECEIVING A REMITTANCE&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<h2><b>5.1.Service Providers&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>To ensure the successful and timely disbursement of funds, Anglo Tech collaborates with a network of local banks and third-party financial service providers (collectively referred to as \u201cService Providers\u201d), including its&nbsp;<span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">authorized payout partner,&nbsp;<strong>Sadhu Sumitra&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 1rem;\">Health Care Pvt Ltd<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><strong>,<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">&nbsp;for transactions to beneficiaries in India. These Service Providers are responsible for making the funds available to the Recipient at the designated location, based on the terms set forth by Anglo Tech. By using the Service, as a Sender, you appoint the Recipient as your authorised agent solely for the purpose of receiving the funds transmitted via the Service. This means that the Recipient is acting on your behalf to receive the funds, and their receipt of the funds constitutes your fulfillment of the transaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>5.2.Verification&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To maintain the integrity and security of all transactions, Anglo Tech may perform verification checks on the details entered for the Recipient during the money transfer process. These checks help ensure that the Recipient\u2019s information is accurate and complies with regulatory requirements. If the verification is unsuccessful, Anglo Tech reserves the right to halt the transaction. In such cases, the Recipient may be required to provide additional information, such as a reference number or a unique identifier, to confirm the transaction. This ensures that only the correct Recipient receives the funds and helps prevent fraud or errors in the remittance process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>6- SERVICE RESTRICTIONS&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<h2><b>6.1. General&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anglo Tech reserves the right to refuse any Transaction or impose limits on the amount to be transferred, whether on a per-transaction basis or on an aggregate basis across multiple transactions. These limits may apply to individual user accounts or to linked accounts. Additionally, Anglo Tech retains the discretion to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. Such actions may be taken at Anglo Tech&#8217;s sole discretion based on operational, legal, or security considerations.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6.2. Delays&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transactions may be delayed due to efforts to verify your identity or validate your payment method, or if there are issues with the receipt of funds at the Recipient\u2019s end. Additionally, delays may occur if a Transaction is found to contravene local laws in the Recipient&#8217;s jurisdiction or presents a financial risk to Anglo Tech. Anglo Tech is committed to ensuring the security and compliance of all Transactions, and such delays may be necessary to protect both the Sender and Anglo Tech from potentially fraudulent or illegal activities&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6.3. Unauthorized Transactions&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to use the Service only in accordance with this User Agreement and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. It is a violation of the User Agreement to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to the following: the transmission of sexually explicit materials or services, gambling-related activities, fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, or the acquisition or sale of controlled substances such as tobacco or prescription drugs. Additionally, using the Service to send money to a Recipient who has violated this User Agreement is prohibited. In the event of illegal activity, Anglo Tech will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and may report such violations to the appropriate regulatory bodies. We recommend using the Service solely to send money to trusted individuals, such as friends and family, and discourage sending money to strangers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6.4. No Changes&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once a Transaction has been submitted for processing, Anglo Tech generally does not allow any changes to be made to the details of the Transaction. It is the Sender\u2019s responsibility to ensure that all Transaction details, including payment method and Recipient information, are accurate before submission. Anglo Tech is not liable for any errors in the Transaction caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Sender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>7- PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In compliance with applicable foreign laws and regulatory requirements, Anglo Tech is obligated to collect, verify, and record certain personal information from you. As part of this process, you may be required to provide nonpublic, personal, and identifying information. By using the Service, you expressly authorize Anglo Tech to verify the information you provide, which may include obtaining data from third-party credit reporting agencies, including foreign credit bureaus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, Anglo Tech may be required to disclose information about you and your Transactions to government authorities and law enforcement agencies in the event of special circumstances or as required by applicable law. Such disclosures may occur to comply with legal obligations or regulatory requests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By agreeing to this User Agreement, you consent to Anglo Tech making inquiries, either to you or to relevant third parties, as necessary to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the information you provide. You acknowledge and accept that Anglo Tech may take appropriate actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing financial transactions and user identification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>8- ERROR RESOLUTION AND REFUNDS&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<h2><b>8.1. Error Resolution&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you encounter any issues or discrepancies with the Service, we encourage you to contact us immediately for assistance. You can reach us using the contact information provided at the bottom of our website. We are committed to addressing and resolving any problems you may experience as promptly as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>8.2. Refunds&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have the right to cancel your Transaction at any point prior to its completion. For the purposes of this Agreement, &#8220;completion&#8221; is defined as the moment the funds have been successfully transferred and credited to the Recipient\u2019s bank account. If you wish to request a refund before completion, please contact us for further assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>9- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This clause serves to inform you that <\/span><b>Anglo Tech<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> retains full ownership of its intellectual property, which encompasses a broad range of proprietary assets. Intellectual property (IP) refers to legal rights that protect creations of the mind, such as inventions, designs, trademarks, and copyrights. In this case, Anglo Tech owns the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Content of the Website<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: This includes all textual information, images, videos, and other media that appear on Anglo Tech\u2019s website. This content is considered the intellectual property of Anglo Tech.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Graphics, Logos, and Images<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Any visual designs, logos, and images created for or used by Anglo Tech are also part of its intellectual property portfolio. This includes the brand\u2019s logo, visual representations, and design elements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Trademarks and Trade Names<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: These refer to the names, symbols, and brand identifiers such as &#8220;Anglo Tech&#8221; itself, along with any other trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in connection with its products or services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Product and Service Names<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: These include names of specific products, services, or offerings by Anglo Tech that are protected under trademark law.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The clause further emphasizes that you, as a user of the Service, must refrain from using Anglo Tech\u2019s intellectual property in any way that could infringe on its ownership rights. This means:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No Displaying<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You are prohibited from showing Anglo Tech\u2019s intellectual property (e.g., logos, content) in public or in any materials without authorization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No Copying<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You cannot duplicate any part of the website or related materials that are protected under copyright law.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No Modifications<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You are not allowed to alter, adapt, or modify Anglo Tech\u2019s intellectual property, whether for personal or commercial purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No Unauthorized Use<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Essentially, without Anglo Tech\u2019s explicit consent, you cannot use its intellectual property for any purpose.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This clause is important as it protects the integrity of Anglo Tech\u2019s brand, products, and services. It ensures that the company maintains exclusive rights to its creations and prevents unauthorized exploitation or infringement of its intellectual property by users, competitors, or other third parties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>10- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anglo Tech provides its services on an &#8220;as-is&#8221; and &#8220;as-available&#8221; basis, without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Transactions are processed in a timely manner; however, we do not guarantee or warrant that:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(a) The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(b) The results obtained from using the service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(c) Any defects or errors in the service will be corrected;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(d) The service will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(e) Transactions will always be completed within a specific timeframe, as processing times depend on various factors outside our control, including but not limited to intermediary banks, financial institutions, regulatory requirements, and network or technical failures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your use of the service is at your own risk, and you acknowledge that Anglo Tech is not liable for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions, transaction delays, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and survives the termination of these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>11- INDEMNITY&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anglo Tech, its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and their respective subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(a) Your use of the services provided by Anglo Tech;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(b) Your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(c) Any fraudulent, negligent, or intentional misconduct by you or any person acting on your behalf;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(d) Any unauthorized access to or use of your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(e) Any disputes between you and a third party, including but not limited to transaction disputes or chargebacks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of Anglo Tech&#8217;s services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>12- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anglo Tech, its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from or related to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(a) Any delays, interruptions, service failures, or other issues resulting from the use of the Internet, electronic communications, telecommunications networks, or other systems outside the reasonable control of Anglo Tech;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(b) Any unauthorized access to or use of your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(c) Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content or service provided by Anglo Tech;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(d) Any transaction disputes, chargebacks, or failures caused by third-party financial institutions, banks, payment processors, or service providers;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(e) Any technical malfunctions, software bugs, or other disruptions that prevent the proper operation of Anglo Tech\u2019s services;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(f) Any acts of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyber-attacks, terrorism, government actions, or unforeseen regulatory changes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In any event, Anglo Tech\u2019s total liability for any claims arising from your use of its services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Anglo Tech in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which any claim is brought and will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>13- DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<h2><b>13.1 Disputes with Anglo Tech<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a dispute arises between you and Anglo Tech, our goal is to understand and address your concerns fairly and efficiently. You agree to contact our customer support team first to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, we will seek to provide a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute as quickly as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>13.2 Arbitration<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to its validity, existence, enforceability, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination (including tort claims), shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties and administered in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in London, United Kingdom, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal costs and expenses, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>13.3 Governing Law<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>13.4 Exception to Arbitration<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters related to intellectual property rights, unauthorized access to or use of the services, or other claims where interim relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Dispute Resolution and Governing Law clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>14- COMMUNICATIONS&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using Anglo Tech\u2019s services, you acknowledge and consent that this User Agreement shall be entered into electronically, and all communications between you and Anglo Tech may be conducted in electronic form.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>14.1 Consent to Electronic Communications<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree that Anglo Tech may provide notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications related to your use of the services electronically. These communications may be delivered via<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(a) Email to the address you have provided;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(b) Notifications by the Anglo Tech platform;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(c) SMS\/text messages or phone calls (including auto dialed or prerecorded message calls) to the phone number(s) you have provided;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(d) Other electronic means as permitted by applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>14.2 Hardware and Software Requirements<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To access and retain these electronic communications, you must have:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(a) A computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device capable of accessing the Internet;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(b) An up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(c) A valid email account and sufficient storage to retain communications;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(d) Software capable of opening PDF files if necessary;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(e) An operating system that supports receiving electronic communications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>14.3 Withdrawing Consent<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting Anglo Tech\u2019s customer support. However, withdrawing consent may result in the restriction or termination of your access to Anglo Tech\u2019s services, as electronic communication is essential for service delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>14.4 Accuracy of Contact Information<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide to Anglo Tech is accurate and up to date. If your email address or phone number changes, you must update your account settings or notify us promptly. Anglo Tech is not responsible for any issues resulting from your failure to maintain accurate contact details.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Communications clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>15- MISCELLANEOUS&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<h2><b>15.1 Entire Agreement<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This User Agreement, along with any additional terms and policies incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Anglo Tech regarding your use of the<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">services. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter herein.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>15.2 No Waiver<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The failure of Anglo Tech to exercise or enforce any right, remedy, or provision of this User Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of rights or provisions must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Anglo Tech. A waiver of any default or breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default or breach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>15.3 Modification<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anglo Tech reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this User Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, except as required by law. Changes to the Agreement will become effective upon their posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review the most current version of this User Agreement regularly to stay informed of any updates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>15.4 Severability<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely aligns with the intent of the original provision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>15.5 Assignment<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this User Agreement without prior written consent from Anglo Tech. Anglo Tech may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement without restriction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>15.6 Force Majeure<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anglo Tech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, labor disputes, government actions, or disruptions in telecommunications, power, or internet services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>15.7 Survival<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any provisions of this User Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to Indemnity, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Dispute Resolution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Miscellaneous clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>16- SECURITY&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your security is of the utmost importance to Anglo Tech. We implement a variety of industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(a) <\/span><b>Encryption<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 We use strong encryption protocols to secure data transmission and storage.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(b) <\/span><b>Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 We may require additional authentication steps to verify your identity.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(c) <\/span><b>Fraud Monitoring<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 We actively monitor transactions for signs of fraud and suspicious activity.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(d) <\/span><b>Secure Access Controls<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Access to your account is protected by robust authentication mechanisms.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(e) <\/span><b>Regular Security Audits<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Our systems undergo periodic security assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While Anglo Tech takes all reasonable steps to safeguard your information, security is also a shared responsibility. You are responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keeping your login credentials, passwords, and authentication details confidential.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not sharing sensitive account information with third parties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using strong passwords and enabling security features like MFA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regularly monitor your account for any unauthorized activity and report any suspicious transactions immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We urge you to exercise caution when sending money and to verify the identity of recipients before completing transactions. Anglo Tech is not responsible for any losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers or fraudulent schemes that result from negligence on your part.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach related to your Anglo Tech account, please contact our support team immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Security clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>17- LANGUAGE&nbsp;<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This User Agreement and all related documents, notices, and communications provided by Anglo Tech shall be drafted and interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any translation of this Agreement into another language, the English version shall prevail and be considered the authoritative reference.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you require assistance in understanding any part of this Agreement, you may contact Anglo Tech\u2019s customer support for clarification. However, Anglo Tech is not responsible for any misinterpretations arising from translations or third-party explanations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Language clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><b>18. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT<\/b><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using the services provided by Anglo Tech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement, including any amendments or updates made from time to time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You further acknowledge and agree that each time you submit information, access your account, or conduct any transaction in connection with the Service, you are reaffirming your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions.
